No Pictures due to No Camera!
I think my camera was stolen...... I am very picky about my things and usually can remember right where I put them. My camera is missing. I always keep it on my bar in the kitchen so I can snap a pic at any moment, and when I go places I take it in my purse. IT IS GONE! So..... I had a Canon ES something- just like a Rebel but not quite. So if any of you have a great camera that was not super costly- PLEASE tell me!!!! We are going on vacation in 4 weeks, so I need a good one- but I also need to save money! I have one that I can take- but I think it is cursed. The last vacation TK and I took-we were gone for 8 days and had a camera full- and somehow 'my card' erased them all, so I do not like it! So please give me all of your info about cameras- I have no idea!!!!!

Hanging out with Aunt Lauren
Community Easter Egg Hunt
Vinnie
We love our Vinnie! Vinnie was a survivor of Hurricane Katrina. We found him in our backyard one night- he jumped our privacy fence. We thought someone put him there- but no- he jumped! We called the number on his collar- and the rest is history- he is now ours! He does like to cause us problems by jumping the fence a lot, but he is such a sweet dog!

Still Alive!
Hello Blogger world! We are still alive! We have been super busy! Sorry for not blogging!!! I do have my reasons though....
Reason #1- It is now baseball season here in Alabama and I must say it it keeping us busy! Brantley is playing machine pitch this year- 7 year old boys. My parents came this weekend to a game and my dad could not believe how advanced it is here for little boys baseball. I grew up watching my brother play, so I love baseball! We might just make it to see the Yankees play this year if we are lucky! :)
Reason #2- Monogramming/appliques- I am SOOOO BUSY! I never thought it would take off like this! I bought a machine to do my kids clothes, friends clothes, etc. Now I have people from all over the US ordering- Whew! Go here to check it out..... but I will be on break until further notice. I must catch up!
I plan on posting pictures today, I promise!!! Jax is now 20 months old and busier than ever, Brantley is keeping me busy with school functions and baseball! But, it is SO MUCH FUN!
Not that you needed a reason- But I do apologize for being a slacker! I will catch up soon!

Bringing home a piece of Paradise... Part 2
After the tree is finally loaded, we are set to head to Bham!
Once back, TK had to dig this huge hole- we live on a mountain- so it is not easy! OUr neighbor Robby, even came over to help.
The tree is so big and heavy- it took 5 grown men to roll it off the trailer. Once it was off- TK watered it and prepared the hole for planting. Coming soon is a picture of the tree in the ground!
So... after 3 days- and a lot of work on TK's part and others- we now have a palm tree in our yard- close to the house in the flower bed- we are probably one of the few in central Alabama.
Bringing home a piece of Paradise...... Part 1
TK found a palm tree at a palm nursery in Destin- right outside of Seaside. He tried to talk himself out of buying it for 2 days, but couldn't. Little did I know how much trouble it would be to bring home!
So, we call 3 UHAUL places and finally find a trailer that we can take and leave in Birmingham.
We go back to the palm nursery 30 minutes away and they dig it out of the ground- or should I say pull it out of the ground with a bobcat. (a piece of machinery- I am learning!)
Then, all the guys- prepare it for the trailer and a 4 1/2 hour ride home.
