Brantley goes to Disney World

Brantley left this morning for Disney World. I know he is going to have so much fun! I wish I could go!!! When I talked to him tonight he just wanted to tell me all about Finding Nemo and the Parade! I miss him already, but I know he is having so much fun!

Brantley met Bully

Last night we went to a MSU Alumni banquet at Highland Park Golf Course. There Brantley met Bully and Coach Croom. We had fun and Brantley was happy to finally take a picture with Bully, since he has always been afraid before.

Baby Shower at Kim Bingham's

Today was our first shower for little baby Jaxson. My friend Kim had the shower at her beautiful home and everyone had so much fun. Kim decorated so cute and had everything from personalized napkins to the fondue fountain. We had so much fun and I want to thank Kim for doing all of this for us!!!

Alana and Taylor Hicks

My little niece is so cute! She met Taylor Hicks on Thursday and was so excited!

KADEN is Here!!!

My sister Kelli had her 3rd boy this morning at 7:57. Kaden Paul Avery, 8 lbs. and 4 oz., 20 inches long. He is so cute with brown curly hair and beautiful olive skin. I cant travel right now without someone to drive me (TK) so I couldn't go today, but next weekend he is all mine!

Our Wonderful Neighbors!

This is a picture of our wonderful neighbors' little boy. Brantley and Caleb are such great friends! We are so blessed to have them as our neighbors!!! Brantley always has a friend to play with and I always have someone to talk to. (even borrow an egg or milk if I have to!) This was such a cute picture that Jennifer sent me, I had to post it!

Baby's Room

Here is a small look at the baby's room! T.K. painted the walls light blue, and the theme is under the sea, JAXSON in white letters with blue and white polkadot ribbon is on the wall above the bed (but didn't show in the pic) all cherry furniture. I just could not do without the frog in the corner though. It was on display at Party and Paper and I went crazy over it! I hope the glider's cushions will be finished by time the baby gets here- I am getting them covered in light blue gingham, and I ordered blue and white gingham curtains which should be in, in a couple of days. The room is finally together except for the small details that we need to finish. Now it is time to start on my checklist before he gets here, only 9 more weeks!!!

Happy Mother's Day!

Today was a wonderful day! We woke up and went to church, the sermon started on infertility and how blessed we are to have children, I completely agree! Brantley is such a joy and little baby Jaxson is such a joy already, I know we are going to be even more blessed when he arrives! Our day was great! We went to church then we went to one of my favorite restaurants, Firebirds! T.K. is such a wonderful husband! He gave me a necklace and matching earrings from Swarovski. (you can see them a little in the pic) But the best gift was all the cards and flowers Brantley made me in Sunday School. He handed me the card when we picked him up after the church service and said, "Do you know how much I love you?" then I opened the card and he said "So much that I colored the inside everywhere so nothing was left, because I love you so much!" He is such a sweet child and my heart just melted at that moment! I love being a mom. This picture T.K. took of us at lunch today. (I wish T.K. was in it!)

New Puppy!

This is our new puppy Emma. We adopted her from a shelter in B'ham. Brantley loves her! She is not too fond of the camera! Callaway (white puppy) is our big baby! This is T.K.'s baby!

This was my cute birthday cake that T.K. had made for me. I thought it was so cute! How many times will it be my birthday and I will be pregnant? (Not Many, if ever again!)

Brantley is going to be a great big brother!

Brantley is excited about the baby! He ask every day, "How much longer"? He will start kindergarten this year. He is playing soccer this spring and is really good! He averages 3 goals per game. (Sorry-I had to brag!)

4D ultrasound

We had our 4D ultrasound on Tuesday, May 8. I wanted everone to know that little baby Jaxson looks just like his daddy! From the forehead to the chin, all TK. TK is loving it! Everyone is healthy (most important) and we are doing great!

Why do we want to blog?

TK and I started reading our friend's blogs and we thought that it was a great way to keep in touch with family and friends. We are expecting a baby in July and we know that everyone will want to see pictures, so we thought it would be easier to blog, instead of emailing our 1000 pictures to everyone! We live outside of Birmingham, AL and love it! TK works for Regions and I am taking a little time off before the baby gets here and Brantley starts kindergarten. My friend Katie Rose McCrary inspired me by her blog, so I started one, but mine will never be as cute as hers! Thanks for viewing!
