Christmas Day

Kaden
Brandon, Brantley and Jon Tyler

Jaxson-Present for Me???

Jon Tyler- we still love him even if he likes "the other team"

I was unable to get a picture of everyone, so I am just posting the kids. We missed my brother and his family- they were home the weekend before Christmas and we couldn't make it. Sorry Britt! Christmas was a special time. We woke up at our house on Christmas morning and opened presents, then, we left for home- we still call it home- since both of our parents live their. We arrived at my parents house first- opened presents and had a fabulous lunch, then we spent the afternoon at TK's uncle David's house- talking to family, then, we went to TK's Mom's house and visited everyone one last time (Family from Nashville and Miami) then, back to my parents house for dinner then, we came back to our house. - Long Day!!!!!! Still trying to catch up! But, Thank you to everyone for all the gifts! We are so fortunate have such wonderful families! We had a wonderful time seeing everyone and spending time together!

Santa Came!

Santa visted 2 sweet little boys at our house! He even let Mark the Elf stay a little while longer, because Brantley has been so good lately!

Santa in the Neighborhood!

We love the community that we live in! We live next to a huge city, but just outside enough to enjoy family life. Santa came by our house on a firetruck on Christmas Eve about 6 pm, then he came by Aunt Brandi's house about 7:30. I think the adults were just as excited as the kids! The firetruck siren (sp) was on, so we knew he was headed our way! At each hoime you could see all the children jumping up and down outside their homes in their pajamas. Christmas is so much fun!!! In the picture above, one is Santa on the firetruck and the other is Brantley and our little neighbor Caleb. They were so excited and they were even happier when Santa gave them some candy!

Christmas Eve

Here are few pictures from Christmas Eve. We had dinner at Brandi's house- TK's sister, then we hurried home to get in bed so Santa could come!

Brantley's Gingerbread House

Brantley made this Gingerbreaad House at school last week. I wouldn't let him eat anything off of it, until I took a picture. I think he did a wonderful job! He has such a creative teacher this year! He brought home 7 ornaments that he made in class and 1 from art class! I am so excited about putting all of them on our Christmas Tree for years to come!

Hanging out with Friends

On Saturday night we went to have dinner at our friends, David and Kim Bingham's. We had a wonderful dinner and watched my all time favorite Christmas Movie- Christmas Vacation. I love movies and I have a lot of Christmas movies that I love, but I think this one tops them all. We also had a mini photoshoot with the babies- I was trying to play with my new camera. Here a a few pictures we took, some are blurry, because I was trying to learn all the setting on the camera.
This picture I took at home, Brantley was tired of me taking pictures, he just wanted to play with his webkinz online, so Jaxson was my model!

Matching Brothers

For those of you who know me well, you know that I love children's clothes! Maybe one day I can open up a Boutique! Here are a few pictures of the boys matching. Brantley loves it, and he tells me each time we are going somewhere, to make him match his baby brother!

Painting Pottery

Since we have moved- almost 3 years ago, Brantley loves to go paint pottery! He usually picks an animal to paint! We have so much fun! Painting pottery is truely a stress reliever too! It was so nice on Friday to just relax and paint. We dont live too far from a huge mall, so traffic is crazy these days!

Eating Food for the First time!

Since birth, Jaxson has just been on Mommy's milk. He had cereal for the first time on Saturday. He is teething a lot now, and waking up once in the middle of the night. He has slept thru the night since 6 weeks, until now. He is now 5 months old, and I was trying to wait until he was 6 months to give him anything, but I thought it was time. He loved the food. He couldn't get enough. So, now we are eating cereal from a spoon 3 times a day and milk, about 5-6 times a day. I think all the Holiday traveling is getting to him, so we are trying to stay in more! He has his first runny nose now, so we are trying to clear that up! He has been such a joy! We are blessed to have him in our lives!

Santa Baby

Jaxson didn't like taking pictures in this outfit, TK said that Jaxson would get me one day for dressing him in this- but I thought it was cute.

Cute Cousins

These pictures were taken at TK's family Christmas party. When we arrived at the party, I had no idea that Landry and Isabella, would be in the same outfit as Jaxson. They all looked too cute! Brantley and Hunter are looking more like brothers, instead of cousins!

Getting ready to go!
Just checking on the babies! Sweet little Cooper!

M&M Cake

We were excited when daddy called today to tell us he got a promotion. Brantley and I made him dinner and a cake. Jaxson was our supervisor-sitting in his bouncy seat. We had fun! We made Chicken Spaghetti and a m&m cake. I thought Brantley did a good job decorating!

First Babysitter

On Tuesday night, TK had his company Christmas party. So, Brandi TK's sister came over and watched the boys for a couple of hours. I think they had a lot of fun!

Loving Toys

Jaxson loves this! Great for me too!!! He has become very clingy- I know he is spoiled but I love it! He will play in this while I try to get a few things done. He loves the sounds that the animals make and he tries to talk back to them. he is a funny baby!

Brantley lost his second tooth!

Brantley lost his second tooth this week. His dentist told us he would, and that is all Brantley has been thinking about. This time the tooth fairy didnt have time to go to the atm so she just left a present. I guess that is what happens when you lose your tooth at night!

Almost 5 months old!

Too hard to believe! Yesterday, we had pictures taken, because, I feel so guilty. My walls are full of Brantley-and only 2 of Jax. Look below! He is now teething a lot! He loves his baby einstein play center, loves to swing- not in the bouncy seat much anymore- he has found his feet and I am scared he will fall out! He is rolling over from back to stomach and stomach to back. He rolls himself around- too funny! We still have not tried food- waiting until January. He talks a lot! He is grabbing everything! My hair is now in a ponytail!!!! He is such a joy! Can't we just push a pause button?
We are looking forward to the holidays!!! Christmas with our family starts this weekend! Jaxson is looking forward to seeing Isabella and Landry! Brantley cant wait to play with Hunter and Cooper this weekend!!!!

Sweet Daisy Rose

I just realized that I haven't posted about Daisy Rose (in all pink) since she was new! She is now 5 months old and into everything. This is a picture from a reunion with her sister Zoe. Notice Fendi Colby- trying to sneak in the picture!

Brantley the Chef

Our family loves to bake during the Holidays! This is a picture I took of Brantley cooking at Grandmother's house (TK's mom). I think he just wanted to cook them and eat them. He was bored after the first batch!

Christmas Tree Farm

Last week, I went with Brantley's class to the Christmas Tree Farm. It was so much fun! We had story time, snacks, picked out a tree for his class, had lunch in a barn, and a hayride. This was the first off campus field trip that parents could attend, and I was not missing it for the world. Brantley had a great time! His teacher, Ms. Burk, is a great teacher and so much fun! We had a great time!

Dear Santa,

This is Brantley. I would like an Easel and Nintendo DS games. I hope Mark the Elf has told you good things. I have been a good boy. I will try not to talk too much at school during class.
Love,
Brantley

Dear Santa,

I am Jaxson, and I have been a very good boy! Please bring me and my brother a few toys. Dont forget to eat the cookies and drink the milk!

Love,

Jaxson

Did somebody say Santa?

Jaxson loved his first Christmas Parade! He was excited to hear all the sounds and see all the floats. Brantley is like me and doesn't like the loud sounds, but Jax loved it!
