Merry Christmas from our family to yours....

I was able to get a few Christmas cards out this year, and before Christmas! I love running to the mailbox everyday to see new cards. We hope that you and your family, have a wonderful Christmas! My baby boy, isn't so much a baby...

Hello, all who read this! I am sitting here, at work- thinking, my baby boy, Brantley, will be 9 years old in 1 day! Where has the time gone? Everyone always told me "remember this, they grow too fast". Now, I know that is completely true! We are so proud of Brantley! He loves football, basketball, soccer and baseball. He has made all As in school- so far and is loving 3rd grade! We are starting tonight (Thursday night) with a weekend long celebration! I will post pictures when wer arrive back in town! Happy Birthday, Brantley! I love you!!!

Boys of Fall

We are loving the afternoon, Fall weather! The boys are having a blast playing outside everyday! We are loving the "extra hour of sleep", but not the early sundown!

Game Time!

This football season, we have done a lot of exciting things! We were able to visit and tour the athletic facility, Hall of Champions, which is invitation only. And we were able to go on the sidelines at the Alabama/Florida game. All of this was possible to my friend Heather, who works for the Athletic Dept. We have had so much fun tailgating and meeting new people this year! Above is a picture of Heather and I on the field. We look like sisters! Her brother even came up to me at a game- he had us confused!

Wildcat Football

Brantley's football team, had their last game, last week. We enjoyed meeting new group of people and extending our love for sports! Brantley has played baseball and soccer every year since he was 3. My friend Tammy (another football mom) sent me this picture. After a cold and wet night, sitting in the bleachers.

I hope Brantley wants to play next year! We had a great time this year, but I will not miss the long practices, 3-4 days a week, with a 3 year old!

Loving the Zoo

We have spent many days at the zoo this fall. Jaxson loves the zoo! THanks to all of the education programs at the zoo, we attend a lot more than we did before. We are thankful to live somewhere that has a zoo. We have friends that travel here for just the zoo. I suggest checking out the classes online before coming, so your little ones can be a part of one- they will LOVE it!

Favorite Website!

I was listening to Dave Ramsey's show one afternoon on a long drive home, and heard about e-mealz. I thought surely, there is not a website that plans meals for the whole week, every week, uses the sales in the grocery store that you shop in, and gives you directions to everything including a shopping list- with prices! I was wrong! One look at www.e-mealz.com and I was hooked! I now can't wait until Wednesdays and from now on Wednesday morning will be my new grocery day! We are still alive!

We are still alive, we are excited about Fall! We have Lots of things to do, many people to see and places to visit! I will be posting tons of pictures soon, and updating all the changes in our lives! Happy Blogging!

Football Season is Here!

Football season is here, and these 2 little boys are loving it! Our Saturdays are now spent, hanging out with family and friends on the Quad, or in front of the TV yelling for our team! Brantley and Jaxson love going to the Quad to see everyone, jump in the inflatables, play football, and Jax always say " I want to see the football players come out of the tunnel tonight!". These are 2 lucky little boys, their grandparents take them to the game, I know thousands of people that would pay a lot to be in their shoes!

Mr. Personality..

Brantley is such a funny kid! He wouldn't let me take a picture of him on his first day of 3rd grade, so this picture is perfect! He loves to play outside and be a jokester! He is loving 3rd grade. He is at the age where he is acting "too cool for mom". It is kinda depressing, but I am so thankful he is healthy and growing. He likes Math and Science the best for now. I am room mom this year for his class, so I am sure I will be posting a lot from school.

3 year old check-up

We went a few weeks ago for Jaxson's 3 year check-up. He is in the 90 percentile for height and weight. 40" tall and 36 lbs. He received his flu mist for type A and B, so we hopefully will not have to visit anymore this fall. He has been very healthy these past 3 years. Only 2 ear infections and 1 case of bronchitis. Although, we did catch the stomach virus while there, the next day, our whole family was sick! But, Praise God that we are all healthy and we do not take that for granted!

Times Square. I have been to New York City several times, this was the first time that you could literally barely move for several blocks. Thanks to Forever 21 opening a store with a huge jumbotron. People would stand for hours watching themselves. I didn't really understand that, but I guess they had nothing better to do.

My first Yankees game in Yankee Stadium. This was the view from my seat- without zoom! A Rod is on 3rd, Derek Jeter on short. We were hoping A Rod would hit #600 while we were there and had the perfect seats, but he waited until the Wednesday afternoon game.

Summer 2010

Here are a few pictures from the summer. We were super busy all summer! A few trips to the beach, one to New York and now school has started. We played at the park a lot and visited McWane Science Center a few times.

Long time, no post......

Hello Bloggers!
It has been a while! We are super busy around here! Brantley finished up summer camp and immediately started 3rd grade and his first season of football. Jax started preschool and is wild as ever! TK turned 31 last weekend, and we all celebrated here at home, with a horrible stomach virus! I am planning on blogging a lot of pictures later tonight!

Almost 3!

This little boy will be 3 in a week! I am so amazed at what all he can do and say! He loves to play baseball and golf, to read, he counts everything, he can point out all of his shapes, he is almost completely potty trained- yes, I know- he is just stubborn when he is outside playing and doesn't want to come inside!

He is so much fun- he quickly became my baby to my little buddy overnight! He attends preschool 2 days a week and he loves it! He moves up to the big preschool class next month for the new school year. He adores Brantley and it is amazing to see them together- playing and laughing. 

This year we have a small party planned, instead of a cute themed party- we are doing Toy Story. He is obsessed! We will be updating soon with party pictures! I can't believe my baby is 3!

I scream, You scream, we all scream for.... Ice Cream!

What can be better in 90 degree heat than ice cream? We are taking advantage of these hot days and loving the neighborhood pool and all the frozen treats we can eat!

Loving the Sand

Last weekend, we took a last minute trip to Panama City Beach/Seaside. We decided at 7:00pm on Friday night to drive down. TK and I packed the car and thanks to modern technology- I found a room online that was available for 2 nights. We had a blast! Most importantly- we beat the oil!

While I have been doing laundry, cleaning house,

Taking care of 2 busy kids, staying inside for 6 days straight due to rain, ............... My husband has been here with his mom, brother and sisters for 9 days!

Life just isn't fair at times!

Summer is a blast!!!

We LOVE summer! We get to sleep late, go to the pool, fun activities and so much more! We have jam packed this week so far, and this is only the first week of summer! Monday we went to the movies, Tuesday we played laser tag, and today- we went to the splash pad. Summers are so much fun, and it has only just begun!



In this picture, the boys are in a firetruck. We had Jaxson's preschool Spring Fling last week. The boys had a blast! All the proceeds went to charity to help a little boy that lives in our city that is battling cancer.

The above pictures were taken today at the splash pad. The boys loved it! They love going to the neighborhood pool, but it gets crowded at times and today was a great day to do something fun! It has been raining here for the past 5 days straight, it rained again today, but we were able to enjoy the sunshine for a little while.

Too Soon!

At the rate this child is growing, I am now realizing that the day he wears this, seems like a long time, but will be here before we know it! Everyone tells you "kids grow up so fast", now I know that it is true! Seems like just the other day he was a toddler! In the fall, he will be a big 3rd grader and playing tackle football. Oh my!

Best Buds!

A few weeks back, we had to "move in" with TK's sister, Brandi, while our house was having an "extreme makeover".
Stella and Jax loved it! They were so excited to have someone to play with 24/7. They both attend preschool 2 days a week, but to have someone to play with all day everyday was a treat! Jaxson loves Stella- as you can tell from the picture!
