Something All Moms Need.....

This Mom Agenda Day Planner is awesome! It has a spot for each child (up to 4) day by day and a glance at the whole month! While in the front, is every 800 number and website you might possibly need- from Hotels, airlines to clothing stores! It is great! Also has an address book you can take out. It comes in many colors- in the picture is the new faux crocodile design. This year is my 5th year to get one. You can get them at Swoozie's or momagenda.com. The year is from August 2009-December 2010. This size is a little bigger, but perfect in every way- right now I have the smaller one in Leopard print- it is small and bulky- so I prefer the desk size. Go check them out! I just ordered a chocolate brown one! Perfect for the new mom- or anyone!!!!

Almost 23 months old!

Man, time flies! I know..I know... I say that everytime! He had his first haircut this month, went on his second cruise, and his second plane ride this past month. He has been very healthy, so no stats to post this month. Next month, he will be 2! We have our 2 year old check up then, so will will post stats! He is tall and skinny! Only 23 lbs, but almost 36 inches tall! That is all I know for this month though! He is talking a lot- complete phrases! He plays golf 24/7 and he adores Brantley to death! I am so blessed to have 2 healthy little boys that love each other so much- and both are momma's boys!!!

Must run in the "Woods" families!

Yes, he loves Golf!!!! He wakes up playing and goes to bed playing! He loves it! He will make anything a club and anything round or somewhat- immediately becomes a golf ball. He has a passion for golf already! We were at the McWane Center this past Saturday, and he even had adults stop and watch him play. He would set the ball down- back up, get his hands right, then, knock the ball across the room! People were amazed... just everyday life for the Woods! Ha!

First Haircut!

Last Friday, Jaxson had his first haircut- or maybe I should say trim! I couldn't get rid of the curls! I dont care what people think, he is my child and they are cute! He did very well! Ms.Tamra knew all the tricks! I think Jaxson was just so excited that he was able to have a lollipop!

Brantley Reading to Jaxson

Brantley read to Jaxson on the plane- it was so sweet!!!

Airport

Brantley's friend Conley was on the same flight that we were, headed to Orlando. He was going to Disney World for the week! Brantley thought this was so neat!

More is better!

There was 16 of us onboard all week! Our table in the dining room was huge!

Having fun at Johnny Rockets..... In the middle of the caribbean!

Yes, I know.... there was a Johnny Rockets onboard too! We only ate there once- since there is about 2 within 10 miles of our house. Brantley had so much fun teaching Jaxson how to dance- and Jaxson just thought it was so much fun- to be able to dance at the table and sing out loud! He thought it was much better than the formal dining room- where he had to be quiet and show off his manners! ha!

Water Park Onboard!

Yes, there was a waterpark! Brantley had a blast here and so did Jax! I even had fun! It is amazing what they can put on cruise ships these days!

Flow Rider

On the ship- they had a flow rider- where you can learn to surf. Brantley and TK had a blast on this! Notice on the right- 4 down- TK, WIPE OUT!

Little Island Boy

Jaxson loved the crafts that the islanders made. We actually bought these for Brantley, since Brantley wanted to stay on the ship- in Adventure Ocean Camp Program with friends. Brantley did not want to go shopping, so he stayed onboard. Poor, Jax was too young and had to go along for the day. I think he dud have fun once he and daddy went to the beach!

St.Maarten

Our third stop was St.Maarten/St.Martin. It is the only island in the caribbean owned by the dutch and the french. The dutch side of the island is St.Maarten and the french side is St.Martin. The top 2 rows of pictures are the ones from the french side and the last 3 are the dutch side. The Belgian Chocolate box is my favorite stop! We went last year, and they delivered our chocolates back to our room, so we had to go again! St.Maarten is a beautiful place! One of my favorite places I have been to yet!

Snorkeling in St.Thomas

This was a blast! I loved the catamaran ride on the way out to Shark Cove- it was great! The top right picture- TK is holding a certain fish- it was very prickly! The 2nd picture on the right is TK and his siter Lauren, and the bottom is his brother Tyler. The bottom left is TK and I- we look so funny in all of our gear!

St.Thomas

Our second stop, was St.Thomas,USVI. Beautiful place! Since we were there last summer- this year we decided to do a shore excursion- and yes, it was snorkeling again! We also shopped for a little while and ate lunch by the shore. The bottom 2 pictures are the view from the restaurant. It was just very relaxing! Did I mention that we had a babysitter and were able to go out with Lauren and Tyler and their friends? It was a blast! St.Thomas is the one place that people fly in and vacation just for shopping duty free! It is worth it! You can save a lot of money by not paying tax on watches and jewelry!

CoCo Cay, Bahamas

Our first stop was Coco Cay. It was beautiful! It is a private island owned by Royal Caribbean. Once we arrived, we immediately went to rent snorkeling gear and headed to the beach. TK and Brantley went out for a while and I watched Jax play in the sand, then it was my turn! I love snorkeling on islands! It is a whole new world under water! The men and little boy in the pictures that are dressed in costumes- put on a parade for the island. All of the instruments are handmade and it was so neat to see them dancing and playing music. Everyone was carefree and it seems to be the easy way of life!

Cruise 2009

Last week we were on an awesome family vacation. The lovely Royal Caribbean, Freedom of the Seas. It was an awesome shipo with tons to do, rock climbing, ice skating (yes, Ice skating in the caribbean- crazy, I know!), surfing (flow rider), and inside the ship was a shopping mall/food court. Brantley and Jaxson had a blast! It was a fun filled, busy week- but a vacation that will we always remember. We were lucky to visit- St.Thomas,St.Maarten and CoCo Cay, Bahamas. We flew to Orlando and boarded the ship from there. Hope you enjoy our pictures!
